Missed and Cancelled Appointments

Therapy is the most effective when we have regular appointments. If you are unable to keep your appointment time, please let me know as soon as you can, so that we can reschedule. 

Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice (without what we agree are reasonable circumstances) are billed to the full session fee (see "Billing & Insurance"). You should note that insurance companies do not generally pay for missed or cancelled sessions.
